Eric Reid Co-Founder and President Business Intelligence and Retail Operations Groups Eric Reid leads the Business Intelligence and Retail Operations practices for Ascertane, leveraging his extensive industry and business process background and deep technology experience to oversee client engagements for leading retail and media and entertainment companies. Prior to Ascertane, Eric spent many years in technology management positions with several recognized entertainment companies, including Universal Studios and the Warner Bros. Studio Stores division of Time Warner. Eric has also been director of business intelligence for Kiko.com, a knowledge management start-up, where he oversaw the development of Web site analysis, CRM and marketing solutions.
